I'm also addressing the rush to introduce multiple foods at a young age and the potential risks of allergens. This episode provides practical tips for making homemade baby food and encourages parents to listen to their baby's taste buds and preferences. I discuss the importance of introducing foods slowly and gradually to babies. She emphasizes the need to give the child's gut microbiome time to develop. I advise parents to trust their instincts and not compare their child's eating habits to others. Additionally, I'm providing guidance on introducing eggs to babies and suggest starting with boiled eggs in the morning.
