YES! We went THERE!!In this episode, Allie & I discuss the importance of enjoying sex and the impact it has on self-relationship and relationships with others. A large portion of my chronic illness is sexual abuse. It veered me to not have trust and not have the capacity to be mindful about my body because it brought more shame and guilt then pleasure and the natural primal instinct of what sex is. Allie and I chatted in a very open and fruitful manner that is a take it or leave it, unhinged, unapologetic way about gut microbe and libido, chronic illness and safety in your body.
